The room was luxurious and spacious with a cozy bed, and we had a great time staying here; the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly.

We loved it, its staff and facilities. Bed was comfortable, esp for those with a bad back. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Poppa's Pizzeria that was only 5 minutes' walk away: )

Everything was simply fine. Sincerely, it was an outstanding stay for our two nights. Very friendly and fabulously helpful staff, greeted us with such kindness. The location in a nice quiet area was handy and quiet and there were a shopping area and a supermarket nearby. North Dunedin district was worth exploring.

Everything seemed spotless. Amazing staff. Gorgeous rooms. Great very central location. Within walking distance of the shopping area.

The room was well-equipped and a nice size with comfortable beds. Sky TV was available on both TVs. Windows facing common areas plus the patio. Safety measures included smoke detectors. the staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. Wake up calls and ironing were offered free of charge. the location was quiet.

The hotel has an awesome and brilliant location, very close to a great cafe for breakfast, a Thai Restaurant for dinner, and the city center. All the staff was fairly quiet and amazing; they solved my issues.

Our room was fantastic, a king studio that had a fancy vibe and cozy decor that made it feel like home. the location was super convenient, right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city 🌟.

Everything was immaculate. Had an exceptional stay for our two nights. the room was high standard and a nice size with a very comfortable bed. Appreciated the amenities like microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerators.

All the staff were very pleasant and incredibly kind, resolving any issues. the motel is in a very central location, close to the museum, stadium, center of Dunedin, and Botanical Gardens.

Spotlessly clean room with a big bathroom 🚿. It had a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels.

The location of this place is great, close to many interesting sites, parks, restaurants, and the city center.

Great location, welcoming hosts, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, separate face cloth for makeup, each room has its own WiFi password. Underfloor heating in bathroom, close to attractions such as Otago museum and botanical gardens. Staff goes above and beyond, texting details for late arrival, clean modern room. Recently remodeled two-room apartment, impressive design and comfort, similar rate to other places visited. Adjacent restaurant/cafe serves excellent breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, being within walking distance of the hospital and the stadium. It was also right on the main street, and there was a great cafe right next door. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even offered services like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, a terrace, and a dining table. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of this hotel.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone.
